Pankaj is the Founder and CEO of FlexiHospitality.com, a growing hospitality brand managing boutique hotels across Amritsar, McLeodganj, Rohtak, and Panipat. With a solid foundation in luxury hospitality, he has worked with renowned brands like Hyatt Hotels, IHG Group, and Wyndham Group, gaining extensive expertise in guest relationship management, service excellence, and OTA strategies.Currently an Assistant Professor at Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind, Pankaj blends academic insight with industry experience to mentor the next generation of hospitality professionals. His work reflects a passion for innovation, digital hospitality, and elevating service standards across the sector.
