We believe that by combining the latest technology with expert advice, we can help hotels of all sizes increase their revenue and profitability.Our team of revenue management experts has a deep understanding of the hotel industry and the latest trends in revenue management. We use this knowledge to develop custom revenue management strategies tailored to each hotel's specific needs. In addition to our revenue management services, we also offer staff training and consulting services. Our staff training programs along with training staff to provide their guests with the best possible experience, teaches hotel staff how to maximize revenue by upselling, cross-selling, and providing excellent customer service. CEO of Flexi Hospitality,

Pankaj is the Founder and CEO of FlexiHospitality.com, a growing hospitality brand managing boutique and Budget hotels across Amritsar, McLeodganj, Rohtak, and Panipat. With a solid foundation in luxury hospitality, he has worked with renowned brands like Hyatt Hotels, IHG Group, and Wyndham Group, gainied extensive expertise in guest relationship management, service excellence, and OTA strategies.

Alongside his entrepreneurial journey, Pankaj is actively engaged in academia. He has successfully completed  with the Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHM&CT) and the Master of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (MHM&CT) . He is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Hospitality and contributing as a researcher in Hospitality and Tourism industry. 

His academic achievements include the publication of a book titled “Business Communication: An AI-Driven Perspective” and published research papers in reputed journals.

Pankaj blends academic insight with industry experience to mentor the next generation of hospitality professionals. His work reflects a passion for innovation, digital hospitality, and elevating service standards across the sector, making him a strong leader and thought contributor to the evolving hospitality industry.
